FSD tests production batches. Batch identifiers and publicly available batch-specific COAs are currently available for selected products, including higher-volume lines. The COA library contains the reports currently published; it should not be taken to mean that every supplied vial has publicly traceable batch documentation. Production batches may supply orders over an extended period. A report date alone does not establish the age or expiry of an individual vial; contact support for the available information about your purchase.
Matching a report
Compare the compound, strength and any batch identifier on the vial or packaging with the report. Check the laboratory report number and original verification link where available. If the vial has no batch identifier, ask support for the available supporting records; a report for the same compound does not by itself prove that it covers your vial.
Independent testing
Customers may arrange their own testing. Our voluntary refund guarantee supports results from Janoshik and Freedom Diagnostics only. For testing at another laboratory, contact support before assuming the guarantee applies. Retain the original report and the order and sample details so the result can be linked to your purchase.
Failure thresholds
A qualifying failure means a measured amount below 90% of the labelled quantity (more than 10% underfill), or reported purity below 97%. A result of exactly 90% content or exactly 97% purity does not fall below these thresholds.
What the guarantee covers
For a qualifying failure, we refund the full amount paid directly to FSD for the qualifying purchase. This wording does not promise reimbursement of laboratory fees paid to another business. Confirm any additional fee coverage and the claim procedure with support before arranging testing.
Scope and limitations
We do not offer an endotoxin guarantee. A purity or quantity result does not establish sterility, freedom from endotoxins or suitability for human or veterinary use. The testing guarantee concerns the stated specifications and does not promise research outcomes or therapeutic effects.
Submitting a claim
Contact support with the order number, product and strength, original laboratory report or verification link, and sample/batch details where available. Support will confirm the information needed to assess the claim and the refund arrangements. The 24-hour shipping-damage reporting window is not a laboratory-testing deadline.
Your rights
These policies do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The reporting window and our voluntary testing guarantee do not replace those rights.
