Frequently asked questions
How can I verify the authenticity of an FSD BIO LABS product?
Check the product name, strength and any batch number on the vial or packaging against your order and available documentation. For products without a batch identifier, contact us with your order details and clear label photos so we can check the available records. We do not claim that every vial has a QR code or publicly traceable batch report.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my product?
Open the COA library and search by product, strength, laboratory or batch. The library contains the reports currently available. If a matching report is not listed, contact support; a COA for a different strength or batch should not be treated as the report for your purchase.
How do I match a COA to the batch number on my vial?
Compare the product name, strength and batch identifier on the label with the report, then use the original verification link where available. Batch numbers and batch-specific COAs are available for selected products. If your vial has no batch number, ask us what documentation can be linked to it.
What information does a COA provide?
A COA records the tests and results reported for the submitted sample, which may include identity, purity or measured quantity. Read the actual report to see which tests were performed. Purity and quantity results alone do not establish sterility, endotoxin levels or suitability for human use.
Is independent testing available for every product and batch?
FSD tests production batches. Batch identifiers and publicly available batch-specific COAs are currently available for selected products, including higher-volume lines. The COA library contains the reports currently published; it should not be taken to mean that every supplied vial has publicly traceable batch documentation. Contact support if you need documentation that is not currently listed.
Can I arrange independent testing of a product I purchase?
Yes. Customers may arrange independent testing. Refund claims under our voluntary testing guarantee are supported for results from Janoshik and Freedom Diagnostics. Retain the original report and your order and sample details, and confirm any additional testing arrangements with support.
What does your laboratory-testing refund guarantee cover?
A qualifying failure means a measured amount below 90% of the labelled quantity (more than 10% underfill), or reported purity below 97%. A result of exactly 90% content or exactly 97% purity does not fall below these thresholds. Results must come from Janoshik or Freedom Diagnostics. For a qualifying failure, we refund the full amount paid directly to FSD for the qualifying purchase. Endotoxin results are not covered by this voluntary guarantee.
Who pays the testing costs if a product fails independent testing?
Our stated guarantee refunds the amount paid directly to FSD. Fees paid separately to a laboratory are not part of that amount. Before commissioning testing, ask support to confirm in writing whether any additional testing costs will be covered.
How are products stored before dispatch?
Products are maintained at 2°C in cold storage before dispatch. Ask support for the available storage information for the specific compound and batch you are considering.
How are vials packaged and protected during shipping?
Products are maintained at 2°C in cold storage before dispatch and shipped in heat-resistant protective packaging. This packaging is not a guarantee of refrigerated or temperature-controlled transport. Stability depends on the compound, formulation, temperature and exposure time; we do not make a blanket room-temperature stability or shelf-life guarantee.
What does the strength shown on a vial—such as 10 mg or 50 mg—mean?
The strength is the labelled quantity of the listed material per vial. It is not a recommended dose or a concentration after adding liquid. For blends, check the ingredient breakdown as well as the total labelled amount.
What ingredients and quantities are included in GLOW and KLOW?
What does “For laboratory research only” mean?
These materials are supplied for laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary administration. The website does not provide dosing or treatment advice. Buyers should check specifications and documentation against their research requirements.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Choose Full prepaid for free domestic delivery, or Cash on delivery with a 5% advance and a 1.5% delivery fee. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp after order placement to share UPI payment details. No payment is collected on the website. Dispatch follows verification of your full payment or advance.
Is cash on delivery available, and is an advance payment required?
Yes. COD requires a 5% UPI advance and carries a 1.5% delivery fee. Both are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts, before tax and delivery. The advance is included in the total, not added on top. Checkout shows the exact advance and remaining balance; our team contacts you on WhatsApp to arrange payment before dispatch. The COD advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. Eligible refunds for damaged, missing or incorrect items and qualifying laboratory-test failures remain covered by our policies.
How much does shipping cost, and when is delivery free?
Full prepaid orders within India receive free delivery. COD delivery costs 1.5% of the product subtotal after discounts, before tax and delivery. The fee is shown at checkout. International bulk shipping is quoted separately.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Contact support to confirm the expected dispatch time for your order. Our team shares tracking details by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement. Receiving a tracking number is not a guarantee that the parcel has already been collected or delivered.
How can I check delivery availability and the estimated delivery time for my PIN code?
We ship across India, subject to courier serviceability. Send your PIN code to support for the applicable delivery estimate. International bulk orders can be arranged separately; contact the sales team with the destination, products and quantities.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are shared by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement. You can also open the order in My account to see its status, courier and tracking details after our team adds them. A tracking link appears when one is available.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Report shipping damage within 24 hours of the courier marking the parcel as delivered; report missing or incorrect items promptly. An unboxing video is recommended, not mandatory. Once the claim is confirmed, we issue the refund within 24 hours; bank crediting times may vary. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel an order before dispatch?
Check your details carefully before ordering. Once an order is confirmed, its delivery address cannot normally be changed; contact support immediately and we can try to assist. Pending orders may offer a cancellation option in your account. After confirmation, contact support to find out what is possible. Changing a saved address does not change an existing order. The COD advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. Eligible refunds for damaged, missing or incorrect items and qualifying laboratory-test failures remain covered by our policies.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or replacements. Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items and qualifying laboratory-test failures are handled under our published policies. These terms do not limit remedies available under applicable law.
How long does an approved refund take?
For approved damaged, missing or incorrect-item claims, we issue the refund within 24 hours of confirming the claim. Bank or payment-provider crediting times can vary. Support will confirm the processing arrangements for a laboratory-testing claim.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter the code in the Promo code field at checkout and select Apply. An eligible discount and updated total will appear after validation. Codes may have expiry dates, minimum order amounts, product restrictions or usage limits. One code may be applied per order.
Can I receive a notification when a product is back in stock?
Newsletter subscriptions and automatic stock alerts are not yet available on this website. For now, contact support with the product and strength to ask about availability. Signing in or placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Do you offer bulk pricing for laboratories and research organisations?
Yes. Contact our sales team with the product names, strengths, quantities and delivery destination for a bulk quote. International bulk shipping can be discussed as part of the quote.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Create an FSD account with your name, email and a password. Your FSD account keeps your addresses, order history and tracking details together. Save the recovery code shown at registration for password resets.
