Prepaid payments
Choose Full prepaid at checkout for free domestic delivery. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to share UPI payment details. Pay the full order total before dispatch and retain the transaction reference. No payment is collected on this website. Never share your UPI PIN or one-time password with us.
Cash on delivery
COD orders require a 5% advance by UPI before dispatch, calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and before tax or delivery charges. The advance is part of the order total, not an additional fee. A 1.5% delivery fee applies to the same discounted product subtotal. Checkout shows the advance, delivery fee and remaining balance payable on delivery.
Shipping and order total
Full prepaid domestic delivery is free. COD delivery costs 1.5% of the product subtotal after discounts. Any applicable tax is shown separately. Amounts are rounded to the nearest paise. Review the complete breakdown before placing the order; international bulk orders are quoted separately.
Confirmation and availability
When checkout accepts your order, it is confirmed for team follow-up. Our team will contact you on the WhatsApp number supplied at checkout to arrange payment and delivery details. Confirmation does not mean that payment has been received or a parcel dispatched. Dispatch follows verification of the full prepaid payment or COD advance. A payment screenshot alone is not confirmation that funds have been received.
Promo codes
Enter your code at checkout and choose Apply. The server checks the code and displays any eligible discount and the updated total. Expiry dates, minimum spends, usage limits and product exclusions depend on the offer. One code may be used per order; codes cannot be stacked.
Cancellations, advances and refunds
The COD advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. Eligible refunds for damaged, missing or incorrect items and qualifying laboratory-test failures remain covered by our policies. This policy applies to new orders placed under these terms and does not retrospectively change existing orders. Read the returns and testing policies for eligible claims and applicable rights.
