Before dispatch
Products are maintained at 2°C in cold storage before dispatch.
During shipment
Products are maintained at 2°C in cold storage before dispatch and shipped in heat-resistant protective packaging. This packaging is not a guarantee of refrigerated or temperature-controlled transport. Stability depends on the compound, formulation, temperature and exposure time; we do not make a blanket room-temperature stability or shelf-life guarantee.
On receipt
Inspect the parcel and packaging on arrival. Follow the product-specific storage information supplied for your material, and contact support if it is missing or if you have concerns about the shipment. A visibly intact parcel alone does not verify its temperature history.
Documentation
Ask support for available product-specific storage and batch information. Do not infer an expiry date or transport stability from the age of a COA.
