About these terms
These terms apply to the FSD BIO LABS website and orders accepted by the store. Read them together with the shipping, payment, returns, testing, storage and privacy policies. Contact details available for the business are shown on the Contact page.
Research-use materials
Products are supplied for laboratory research only and are not intended for human or veterinary administration. Product descriptions, category names and research references are informational; they are not medical advice or promises of therapeutic benefit. Buyers must ensure that a purchase and its intended use meet the requirements applicable to them.
Product specifications and documentation
Select the correct compound and strength before ordering. Labelled quantities refer to the material listed per vial, not a recommended dose. FSD tests production batches. Batch identifiers and publicly available batch-specific COAs are currently available for selected products, including higher-volume lines. The COA library contains the reports currently published; it should not be taken to mean that every supplied vial has publicly traceable batch documentation. GLOW 70 mg contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500. KLOW 80 mg contains these ingredients plus 10 mg KPV.
Accounts and orders
Use your FSD email and password for accounts and checkout. Save your private recovery code so you can reset your password. Keep your account secure and supply accurate delivery and contact details. An order record does not itself prove that payment has cleared or that a parcel has shipped. Refer to the payment and order status in your account.
Payments and shipping
Checkout offers full prepaid by UPI with free domestic delivery, or COD with a 5% UPI advance and a 1.5% delivery fee. Both COD percentages use the product subtotal after discounts, before tax and delivery. The advance is included in the total. Our team contacts you on WhatsApp to arrange payment; no funds are collected on the website. Dispatch requires payment or advance verification. The COD advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. Eligible refunds for damaged, missing or incorrect items and qualifying laboratory-test failures remain covered by our policies. India delivery is subject to serviceability; international bulk orders require prior agreement.
Order changes and refunds
Confirmed delivery addresses cannot normally be changed, although support can try to assist. There are no change-of-mind returns. Damaged, incorrect or missing-item claims and qualifying laboratory failures are addressed under the returns and testing policies. Read those policies for reporting, evidence and refund arrangements.
Pricing and offers
Displayed catalogue prices are in INR. Availability, shipping charges and any applicable taxes must be reviewed before confirming the order. Promo codes are subject to their published conditions and server-side validation; codes cannot be stacked. Bulk pricing is provided individually by the sales team.

Support is available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. IST. Use the Contact page for order questions, bulk enquiries, complaints or privacy requests. Include your order reference where relevant.
Your rights
These policies do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The reporting window and our voluntary testing guarantee do not replace those rights. Any changes to published terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
