Information used by the store
When you create an FSD account, we store your name, email address, securely hashed password and recovery code, and session records. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored in readable form. We store the contact details, delivery addresses, bag, wishlist, orders and enquiries you provide so we can operate your account and fulfil or support orders.
How information is used
We use this information to process orders, manage payments and delivery, show order history and tracking, respond to enquiries and claims, and protect the store against misuse. Store administrators can access the information needed for these tasks.
Service providers
FSD BIO LABS uses third-party hosting and infrastructure providers to operate this website. Customer sign-in is managed by FSD BIO LABS. Relevant details may be shared with payment services and couriers to handle your order, and with email or WhatsApp services when those channels are used to communicate with you. Independent laboratories receive information you send to them directly or authorise us to share when reviewing a claim.
Payments
The store can hold order totals, payment status and transaction or provider references. It does not store your UPI PIN, one-time passwords or card credentials. Do not include those credentials in an enquiry or claim.
Essential browser storage
Browser storage keeps your bag, wishlist and checkout attempt between visits. Authentication also uses the sign-in provider’s session mechanisms. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or shopping features.
Updates and marketing
Order and support messages may be sent by email or WhatsApp. Signing in, sending an enquiry or placing an order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. A newsletter subscription facility is not yet available on this website.
Retention and your requests
Account, order and enquiry records are retained in the store system. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-handling obligations. We will confirm what can be changed or removed for your request.

Use the Contact page and its enquiry form or the official email and WhatsApp details shown there. Please identify the request as a privacy enquiry and provide only the information needed to locate your account or order.
Optional site measurement
With your permission, we count page and product views, strength selections, catalogue searches, original-report clicks, bag actions, checkout events and payment-contact clicks. We store broad device/source groups and validated catalogue references, not raw search text, contact details, WhatsApp messages or a visitor ID. A payment-contact click is not a completed payment. Consenting order attribution uses the existing order record. The retention period is 180 days; expired measurement records are deleted on the next measurement or admin reporting request. The admin summary shows the most recent 30 days. This device stores your preference and a returning-visit flag. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override permission.
You can change this choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. This site does not currently send these events to Google Analytics or advertising networks. Server security limits use a short-lived hashed request key; raw IP addresses are not retained in the measurement tables.
